- The Company is not responsible for loss, shortage, or damage to a package caused by improper packaging by the sender.
- The Company is not responsible for items not delivered by the sender or their courier service to the Company's warehouse in the United States.
- The shipping cost for each package is calculated individually based on the package's gross weight, volume, established value, region, and delivery method. When calculating the shipping cost, the volumetric weight of the item is also taken into account, which is calculated using the formula L x H x W (cm) / 5000; the greater of the actual or volumetric weight is taken into account.
- The Client undertakes not to hand over any package to the Company without providing relevant information regarding its properties, which could cause damage to the property or personnel of the Company or third parties, or to the environment or the vehicle. Parcels are accepted by the Company in packaged form. Parcels are accepted/delivered by the Company based on the number of pieces, without recounting the contents. Parcel packaging must correspond to the nature of the contents and must not contain prohibited goods. When handing over a parcel with a list of contents, as well as if there is a suspicion that the parcel contains items or substances prohibited for shipment, and/or in the case of international delivery, the Client must present the parcel to the Company in unsealed packaging. The Client acknowledges that the Company is not responsible for any possible discrepancies in the contents of the parcel, does not check the completeness or functionality of the contents, and does not provide advice on its consumer properties (either to the Client or the Recipient). The Client undertakes to ensure that the parcel is packaged in a manner appropriate to the nature of the contents, the delivery conditions, and the duration of the journey, excluding the possibility of damage to the contents during handling and shipment, access to it without breaking the packaging, as well as damage to other parcels and causing any harm to Company employees or other persons. Complete and sign the form correctly and legibly, provide accurate information about the contents of the parcel, and refrain from delivering parcels prohibited by law or requiring special permission.
- The Company ensures the safety of the cargo (parcel) from the moment it is accepted for transportation until delivery to the recipient. The Company is liable for the loss of the cargo (parcel) unless it can prove that the loss, shortage, or damage (spoilage) was not the Company's fault.
- For customs purposes and to pick up the parcel at Astana Airport, a notarized power of attorney from the Sender addressed to a Company employee is required.
